changing from a code to an AP rate

Can one change a reservation held with a code discount to the AP discount? If so, how is this done?

sure! assuming the ressie was made thur CRO...just call 'em up...make sure you have avalibility fer the room w/the AP price..then make a 'new' ressie...they'll cancel the old one...if you've made a deposit via credit card...they should be able to 'transfer' your deposit..or they'll issue a credit and then a 'new' charge! For our trip in January, we were able to call and have the code we had booked changed to an AP rate while keeping the same reservation number.
