Changing final payment date

Is there any way to change the final payment from a 45 day time period to a 30 day time period? We have a bonus check coming in but it is after the 45 day time period I was wanting to use for the remainder of our vacation.

I have read on these boards that people were given 2 weeks past final payment. I can't say from personal experience though. Call your travel agent or Disney and ask for an extension.

You can't actually change the final due date unless you change your vacation dates, but I have read that if your final payment is not paid by the 45 day mark, Disney will send you a reminder email as to when the payment has to be made. I think automatic cancellation of a reservation comes into play at the 30 day mark if it's not paid by that time. I would call Disney and explain your situation and I'm sure they will work with you. I have read many reports that people have made their final payments a week or two after the 45 day mark and everything was fine. Good luck.
