Changing Drivers License Question

SO!! Quick question for anyone that has moved to California recently...Will I have to retake the drivers test to change my license from Oregon to California or is it JUST the written test??

I just had to take a written test moving from Virginia.

Moved from FL to CA - just did the written test

I just had to show a valid drivers license and they converted it right there
