Changing CP package reservation

Hi all! I changed my reservation once via the phone - reducing party number at the same restaurant and time. I was hoping to change restaurants -- seeing availability at a different restaurant for a breakfast slot, but when I click on the available time, nothing happens.

I was wondering if the system won't let me book two CP reservations at once. I would definitely cancel the other if I snagged the breakfast reservation, but I didn't know if the system would prevent me from proceeding with an existing CP reservation. It looks like the time are disappearing, so hopefully there will still be some left when the phones open.

I think the times are gone. I booked another CP package for a different day, and it will still show me times. I'll keep trying, maybe I'll get lucky again when my computer is working.

One more update. Spoke to a cast member - no availability this morning. Although it showed times (and wouldn't let me book - kept getting Lady and the Tramp) up until 5 minutes before I called. Now the day appears booked solid again. The cast member made it seem like a possibility that my existing CP reservation may have prevented me from booking - but I can get into the booking screens with my other day and existing CP reservation.

Happily, I have a reservation - I was just hoping to switch it. Just gonna keep looking! I feel like the system is having issues (imagine that!) -- sometimes it gives me a message saying it's unable to search for reservations at this time.

your existing cp shouldn't keep you from booking. An existing dining reservation with an overlap of an hour or less will give you the option of cancelling the old before making the new. If you want to do a CP package twice they won't stop you.
