Changing clothes at IOA

In the vacation planning video I got last week, the tour guide says you can use rental lockers to keep a change of clothes in for going on the water rides. I didn't know there was a place to change. Do you just use the rest rooms or is there a locker room?

The only place to change in the parks are the restrooms. Lockers by the front are $5.
