Ok, so I'm going to be the genius to ask this question. Although I've traveled for many years, I've never needed to do this. We are booked for Nov.5, 2006 on an American Airlines flight to Orlando MCO. What is the procedure if I wanted to book an earlier flight? Is this a possibility?

Any advice would help.

Earlier that day, or earlier than that date?

Regardless, a lot will depend on what fare class you purchased. How much you pay for a ticket often dictate what rules and fees apply to changes.

Earlier that day. I just checked and the flight we're booked on is actually the earliest flight AA offers. I don't know exactly what kind of ticket I booked to be perfectly honest, because I booked them all together through the Disney website. I assume I won't be able to switch carriers...

As a rule just assume it will be the change fee $50 or $100 depending on the airline PLUS any change in fare..... (So in other words it can quickly get expensive!)
