Changing Banked Points Reservation

I've looked through the on-line member book, but can't find anything that addresses this question:

Say I have a May reservation on banked points and a July reservation on regular points (both at my home resort, booked at 11 month window). What if I have to cancel the May trip? (I'd do this several months in advance.) Can I shift my banked points to the July reservation?

Yes. You can ask MS to reallocate the points to use the banked points first.

As long as you don't go over the end of your use year. In your example, it wouldn't work if you had a June use year because 1 trip was in 1 use year and the other in the next.

Sounds like we'll be fine. We have an April use year.
