If I decide to move up a category (5C to 4C), do I pay the difference for what the price is listed for now, or do I pay the difference for what the price was when I booked the 5C category? thanks.

If you're changing categories on the same cruise, you are locked into the prices those categories were on the day you made your original booking. So, you pay the difference to the price on the day you made the reservation.
