Changing an SWA flight?

I hope someone can give me a total walk through, step by step description Consider me a total idiot.

I have three round trip tickets booked under one reservation number. I may need to cancel one of the outboud people (ie she's meeting us there, but will fly home with us). I looked online and it said that any changes made apply to all people under that reservation number.

Can someone walk me through how to make this change? Thank you so much!

The easiest way to do this is to call SWA 1-800-248-4377 and have a service rep walk you through it while you're at the computer. I found the service reps to be so patient and helpful when I was a SW newbie.

The one caution I'd give you is to be aware that you may have to cancel the entire reservation and rebook it for the ones who are going, and that could be at a different price (maybe higher ). In the future, when booking SW, if you book everyone separately and O/W (if there's any possibility that someone's plans could change), you'll find it easier to make any changes that are needed.
