Changing ADRs @ WDW

How easy (or hard) is it to change ADR's during your stay? We have ADRs for everyday of our vac, but I'm wondering if our day isn't going as planned or we're hungry earlier, is it okay/easy to switch times? We're headed to WDW this Saturday, in case that matters. Thanks!

Changing is as easy/hard as cancelling your old ADR and making a new one. For some restaurants it'll be easy but for the restaurants that are already booked solid it'll be very hard. Having a prior ADR at restaurant XYZ won't make it any easier to get into restaurant ABC.

It's easy to cancel, but not usually easy to get a new ADR at a different time at the last minute. I view ADRs as a "necessary evil" - you can always cancel them if need be, but can't make them materialize out of thin air if you don't have them in advance!
