We have a reservation with some friends and the wrong email address was put in for one of them on the reservation. Since the reservation had the wrong email, it didn't link to their MDE account, MS changed it on the reservation but it still isn't linked on MDE and the Disney side of things keeps sending me back to MS, and vice versa. It won't let me change it on the website. Any ideas?
 
Try logging into the MyDisneyExperience Website and going to the help center. There will be a number to call, or if chat is available, try chat. They will likely need to relink the person in to your MDE account.
