Changes to trip with banked, current, and borrowed points

I am still pretty new to DVC and had a question about how points are put back if you need to make changes to a trip. If I book a trip with banked, borrowed, and current points, but later need to shorten the trip by a day or 2 (before the deadline where it would go into holding), would the cancelled day result in me getting the current year points back so I can bank them if I need to?

Call MS for this one. The computer should do this, but MS can see which points are what and allocate what they want to use. This is in the rules, but the computer could mess this up.

Yes, the system will pull the borrowed and banked points and leave your current UY points. I make adjustments all the time online.

Be aware that right before the last screen, if you have more than one contract it may look like it won’t, but it does..li was told that the reason is that the message is only looking at contract one…but when the booking happens the system takes all points that are restricted.
