Changes to reservations made online

Does anyone know how to make changes to reservations you have made online? I was told that CR could not touch them and to call the front desk of the hotel directly but that also failed and they were not happy at all.

Hi Princess, I made our ressie online as well and whenever I needed to make changes, I would call WDTC directly 1-407-934-7639. They have helped me every time. Hope this helps.
 
I've made changes to reservations (made online and via phone) by calling
407-W-DISNEY. Never had a problem at all. If one of the operators doesn't want to help you, just hang up and call again. Disney has so many castmember working for them that you are sure to get a different person.
 
made the ressies online and have called everytime to get my changes done! so far so good. even after the computer downtime this weekend. and even got an email confirm from them this evening.

Dont think you can make any changes to reservations online anyway!! Only thing online does is book the package(room most importantly) and take your $$$.

good to go so far. wait to till i tell my DW at xmas. shes a gonna cry!!!! brownie points.....
 

thanks to all... I called them and the CM said that they had made some system changes over the holiday and they cannot alter any ressies made online. I just wanted to add my kids names but she said the ressie was unmodifiable.

Well that makes no sense at all. I don't see why they would not be able to make changes to your ressie. Maybe the CM did not know what he/she was talking about. I would try to call back and talk to another CM. :confused3
 
The system was down from wed to sunday afternoon. They were still having some issues this morning when I called. I wanted to add something and couldnt. I would just call back and try again later.

You'd think that a simple upgrade like this would not cause such a big issue, but with Disney, most of us have come to expect the unexpected. It's possibe that the CM simply didn't know how to do it, therefore i'd call back and check with someone else. If they won't let you add anyone to the reservation, then just update that information at check-in.
