Changes To Fastpass System???

I'm subscribed to Tour Guide Mike and he is reporting changes to the FastPass System. Apparently, even if you get a fastpass at park opening, your "ride time" will not be until after 10:00 a.m.

Has anyone heard of this or experienced it? Disney is really throwing my plans for a loop with this one!

From what I heard this is true the Fastpass system is not running till after 10 am now.
