Changes to 1900 Park fare

has anyone been to park fare (dinner )recently..(who have dined there before?
They no longer serve ice cream for dinner and they have changed the "opening ceremony" as they no longer has cinderella and prince charming opening with a young princess(guest)

1) I am sure that Disney took another "famous" self-serving survey. *
2) It must have showed that
. . . children don't like ice cream for dinner
. . . children don't want to walk or be with characters at a character meal

* Or, maybe the survey was meant to bolster cost-cutting.

I don't know about the opening ceremony thing but they most definitely still serve ice cream. At least two weeks ago they did.

yes, a couple weeks ago they served it, but alot has changed since then and they no longer serve it.

The ice cream machine seemed to be broken or empty about half the time anyway. At least that's been our experience over many, many visits.
