Changes in reservations in last 30 days..

Can anyone tell me what happens if one of the persons going with you can't go at less then 30 days out and the balance is already paid? One of my DGD's friends was going with us and her father decided she could not go ...so now I need to know how to change the reservations and was wondering if maybe they would give me a refund with a gift card or something when I get there.
There was only 4 of us going so I only actually paid for her park tickets.

Changes made after the payoff date that result in a less expensive price can be assessed a change fee, I think it's $50 now. So no reason not to take care of it and have her removed from your reservation and save yourself the money for her tickets.

I don't think you can do it upon arrival at the resort, but I'm not sure of that. I know for cancellations (outright) you lose more deposit money when you are only a few days away, so I would definitely do it sooner rather than later.

If you can't get her off the reservation, I've heard that you can save the "ticket" value on her room key and use it for someone else at a future date (as long as you don't use it). But it was for a sister/brother thing. Don't know how that works for diff last names. Good luck!
