Changes for 2009?

Hello!

If Disney decides to make changes for the DDP for 2009 - does anybody know about when they would be announced? We are planning a trip for January 2009 and just wondered about any changes...

Probably not until the fall.

I'd bet the only change you see is a price increase to $38.99/$11.99.

Thanks for the thoughts. I was hoping they would go back to including the tip to avoid the hassle. Oh well - we'll still have a great time!

Any substantial changes to the Dining Plan will be announced prior to Disney taking payment for the Dining Plan with the changes. (That's why there won't be any substantial changes to the Dining Plan in 2008.) The initial 2008 Dining Plan brochure was published during the first week of August 2007; expect to see the details of the 2009 Dining Plan made available during the first week of August 2008, or thereabouts.
