Changes at Disneyland Paris

Hi,

We haven't been to Disneyland Paris for around 4-5 years now.

What has changed in that time both new rides/attractions and ones that have closed. Have any of the shows changed or are due to be changed linke Animagique and Captain EO?

I think there are quite a few changes in the past few years. Animagique and Cinemagique are still in the Studios. I think Captain EO is only on selected days now and I'm sure I read it will close permanently soon.

The large stage in front of the castle has been removed and there is a new firework/lights show on the castle each night called Dreams at park closing. There is also a new ride in the Studios, Ratatoullie which is fantastic.

We went last month, after a 4-year break. I didn't find it to be very different. The main difference for us was the Ratatouille ride and area. If you went 5 years ago, you might have missed the Toy Story Playland. The weekday opening hours were 2 hours longer, which we appreciated.

We went on our first trip in September 2010 and went last in May this year. We couldn't really tell any difference at all between our trips to be honest. I know that the Ratatouille ride and area has opened since our trip but don't think anything else has.

In the Disneyland Park the only major changes I can think of since 2010 are Meet Mickey Mouse and The Princess Pavilion have opened.

In WDS Toy Story Playland with Toy Soldiers Parachute Drop, Slinky Dog Zigzag Spin, and RC Racer has opened, and this year Ratatouille: The Adventure opened.

In the Village The World of Disney Store has opended so has Starbucks and Earl of Sandwich.
