Changed plans from WDW to DL... HELP!

Regarding dinner, I also really enjoyed Storyteller's Cafe. However, for a more upscale atmosphere and food, you might want to consider Napa Rose at GC. I've been in there on a hotel tour, and it was beautiful! Unfortunately we didn't get to eat there, but I've heard the food is wonderful too.

I have been checking out alot of stuff in DL and San Diego and it seems to me that DL is going to be wayyy better for young children as you said it is so compact.

The Hotel Del Coronado in SD looks awesome. We have just decided to go to Universal and Sea World and won't stay over night because we don't think we have enough time to enjoy everything and we really want to enjoy DL. We will have to make another trip to DL just to be able to spend some more time in San Diego because I am sure my kids would love the beach.

C&M I live in PG. I am not sure if we are going to fly to Van then to LA but we are coming your way for Easter and will make our decision after our road trip to Victoria for Easter.

I have a book on DL and it seems to me that Napa Rose is very, very expensive has that been anyone else's experience? but the other place that was mentioned sounds like a great option.

Thanks for the tips!

We didn't eat at Napa Rose, but my BIL and his family did last Christmas when they were at DL. They said it was excellent but pricey. My DH and I walked by Napa Rose but noticed that it was rather sedate/expensive looking, with lots of adults and hardly any kids--so we passed.

Storyteller's Cafe had lots of families in there, so we felt that we fitted right in with our small children!

You may also want to try Goofy's Kitchen. My DH and I didn't find food as good as Storyteller's but the kids LOVED it. The interaction with the characters were incredible. Princess Jasmine spent a lot of time chatting with our girls.

BTW, we were just in Victoria and Tofino during spring break. Hope you check out the Royal B.C. Museum with the dinosaur exhibit.

Hi C&M

Well Storyteller's Cafe sounds like a good place to go for our
anniversary dinner.

I am going to Victoria to visit some family and friends as I used to live in Victoria so I probably won't see any of the attractions as I have been there and done all of that previously. A great suggestion though for people interested in touristy things in Victoria.

Thanks for the restaurant information, I really appreciate it.
