I listed my last contact to Sell not too long ago, but now we are having regrets about selling it. No offer has been made.
Do I pay a fee to the broker to cancel

Probably depends on the broker and the agreement you made. I'd suggest looking at the terms you agreed to or what is listed on their website.

I didn't want to post too many deals. My DH and I talked.
So now we are letting it go.
I think it was more emotional, than practical.
We did call our broker and they are putting it on hold for the next 72 hours(no fee to cancel). Just in case we do change our mind.
