Change to Brown Derby? OOP?

I have all my ADR's scheduled but I'm thinking of changing from 50's to Brown Derby. I read the menu again tonight and I'm just not feeling the 50's menu, just the atmosphere for DD. Anyway, here's my schedule using our 5 TS and Cindy's taking 2.

5/9 - Epcot - 5:20pm Akershus Princess Dinner
5/10 - AK - 8:30am - Tuskar House - Donalds Safari Breakfast
5/11 - DHS - 4pm - 50's Prime Time Cafe (OOP) Switch??
5/12 - DTD - 5pm - Planet Hollywood (OOP w/ $15 g/c)
5/13 - MK - 12:15 - Cinderella's Castle
5/14 - MK - 9am - Crystal Palace

What should I do? Any other restaurants recommended at Hollywood Studios?

50's can be fun but the food is just not good (in my opinion). The Brown Derby is nice, the food is good but I think that's a signature restaurant?? 2 tickets?? We usually go to Mama Melrose - decent Italian food and great deserts!
