Change the year on Natalie's designs....

In Donatalie's photobucket account she has these beautiful 4 park Mickey head designs in a variety of colors. I love them!! However they say 2009 and I am not talented enough to change them to 2010. Is there someone who can help me? Or even walk me through how to do it?
