Change pf plans again?

Did we do the right thing in cancelling going to the Hard Rock Hotel and booking the Boardwalk Inn? We were going to stay at the HRH for three days, but due to my wife's motion sickness she decided to spend three days at the Boardwalk before our journey to the Poly Concierge for five nights. Kids are excited about our new travel plans. Any info on the Boardwalk would be appreciated. Is it kid friendly ages 7 and11? What is the pool like?

I have stayed in the BoardWalk Inn and the BoardWalk Villas. I adore the BoardWalk. And the BoardWalk's main pool is one of my all-time favorites. It's also got a butt-kicking 200 ft. water slide called "Keister Coaster" that is "reminiscent of classic rollercoasters (sic)" (Disney quote). Your kids are gonna love it (I know that mine do).

Like Janet2K, we've stayed at BI and BV and love them both. The rooms are nice and the location is great. Enjoy your vacation. Your desicion is a good one!
