Change over from Halloween to Christmas Decorations

Hi! My family is planning a trip next fall and we were thinking of the end of October, to catch the Halloween decoration and party. I know Halloween comes down Nov. 1, but when do the Christmas decorations go up. If we're staying through the first week of November, are we likely to see them, or is it too early? Thanks!

First Christmas party will be about a week after the last Halloween party and the MK will be decorated by then.

The decorations in MK will be up, or going up, as soon as the final Halloween party is over.
Other parks and resorts are later, though some are beginning early in November, like the gingerbread fixtures. They take a while so they'll be under construction for a few weeks.

How about the lights on the castle, when do they turn them on? Right away in November I'm hoping!!
