Hi,

We are planning on heading to WDW 9/30 to 10/8 and are planning on staying at POP but DH would love to stay at WL. Part of the trip is in value season and the last part (3 nights) is in regular season. I think I remember, and I think I have done it, is that if you booked code or rack rates with CRO they honored the value season rate throughout your stay. Am I recalling that correctly?

Anyhoo, I was looking at the AAA site and they change the rate when the season changes. In this case, WL Courtyard view from $221+ to $279+ a night which is more than the Disney site. Now if I call and book the AAA rate directly with CRO will they also adjust the rate from value to regular because it is AAA or will they honor the $221+ throughout the whole stay. Any ideas???

Thanks for your help!

Denise

If you check in during value season, then you will pay the value season rate for the entire vacation. :cool1:
It works to your advantage if you check in during a cheaper season and stay into a more expensive one, and works against you if you start in a more expensive season and stay into a cheaper one. In that case you can often save money by making 2 reservations.

Try checking with a AAA agent because it shouldn't change rates the way it did. Could be a glitch in their site.

I will do that. Thank you both for your responses!

They will only honor the value season rate if your check in date is within value season. If you are splitting resorts and the check in date of the second resort is in regular season then you will pay regular season rates
