I accidently booked a table for 4 instead of 3 at Whispering Canyon and can not figure out how to change it or delete the 4th person. Do I need to even worry about this or just leave it.

Don't worry about it. You'd have to book a new reservation for the correct number of people and cancel your current reservation. You won't be charged for showing up with fewer people.
