I was on wdwinfo.com and looked at their menus for the first time. When I got to Canada's menu, which was dated for May 2007, their menu did not have the mushroom filet with risotto and there were a couple of new items that I have not seen before. I then went to allearsnet.com and their menu was dated Feb. 2007 and still had the mushroom filet.

Has anyone been there recently to confirm or deny the absence of the filet? If they have taken it off, I will be seriously disappointed. To me and from what I have read on this board so will alot of other people. Whoever can check this out please say it isn't so!

Thanks

Jon

I had it a couple of weeks ago. I tried it after reading about it on the DIS. It was OK but for me no big deal. I thought the restaurant was closing for refurbishment? :confused3

I called a few weeks ago to try to make ADRs for the end of July. DS wanted to go to Le Cellier, and I told the CM on the phone that I knew there probably would not be availibility this late. I actually got a reservation. We chatted for a moment about how everyone with the DDP wants to go to Le Cellier now and she commented that they just "changed the menu". :confused3

I've never thought Le Cellier was the greatest thing, so a menu change won't be a big deal for us. DS just likes the Northern Lights thing. :thumbsup2

It isn't so.

I think whoever typed the menu into the wdwinfo site just missed it. From what I recall, it's in a box at the top of the entree menu.

I hope it's not true. I was really looking foward to trying it this year. I thought this was their signature dish?

I have a child that, for some reason unknown to me, does not like anything chocolate. :confused3 As a result, desserts at Disney are usually a huge disappointment to him. BUT, at Le Cellier you can get a vanilla milkshake with flashing glow cubes in it - the Northern Lights. It thrills him to be able to get a special Disney dessert.
