Change in dining reservation timeline - Feb, March initimate brides

Hi,

Just wanted to pass along this information, Disney is now allowing you to make dining reservations 180 days out, instead of 90. We are having an intimate wedding on Feb 6, 2006, and my fiance just happened to find this new information, we called right away and got one of the last available PS reservations for Citricos. If he hadn't seen this, we would have missed out, all the other restaurants we called could not accomodate our size party (20), they were booked solid on that date.

Our EM did not give us this information, we have been frustrated with the planning process up to now. Anyway, don't want any of you to lose out!!

Good idea letting everyone know about this change in policy!! I just found out the other day from the DIS restaurants forum, and quickly called and made a bunch of reservations of where I thought I'd want to eat..

On the positive side, since almost noone knows about the change in policy, it is really easy to get the times and places you want.. I got every single reservation I wanted, yeah!! Even Cinderella's Royal Table (though that one they had to charge my credit card for in advance because it is so popular)

the park hours are out too, which has been real helpful for us & our plans ntm letting our guests now. we already made a few dining reservations for our wedding week. the change is great for super planners.
