I've been in the park when they start to announce it's closing later.. generally, the hours are very similar year to year but it's not going to be until closer that they actual schedule comes out. they've also extended something temporary and that shifted hours the week before. they print a weekly time sheet that I think runs monday-sunday you can get from the resort front desk. Basically every monday the week could be different but any day they might extend normal hours. I've seen it done for crowds, weather when it's expected to clear to still run night parades and fireworks. i've also see rides just stay open later for no reason or announcement..
in short, it'll keep changing and in your example, they haven't even put out junes hours yet so nov is not going to happen this early.
