Chances of waitlist coming thru?

So I booked a stay at BCV for four nights in a 1BDR for Apr 10-14, 4 people. We now have a 5th person joining us. I wanted to change to a 2BDR to give us more room. I’ve had a waitlist going for about 2 weeks now and nothing.... I know it’s getting close, but has anyone cleared the waitlist this close to their vacation? I know it’s spring break for some, plus F&G...a lot going against us, I know...ugh. (We’ve been DVC for many years now but never had the chance to stay at BCV, so I don’t want another resort.). I’ve been stalking the RAT too...

It's possible, but not very likely, IMO. Be sure to call MS after your waitlist expires (7 days prior to arrival) to catch a last minute cancellation.

BCV 1 bedrooms will allow 5 if you provide your own bed (most use an aero bed or similar) and linens. Like you, I'd rather have the 2 bedroom, but if having the 5th person is important enough to the group, I could make do.
