Chances of joining up two BOG reservations

Hi everyone,

I’m the main reservation contact for two reservations of 6 people to dine at BOG on 8th Sept at 9:00pm and 9:05 respectively.

However, 4 cannot make it, so I’m wondering what are the chances of me being able to link up the reservation for 6 and the 2 that’s left to sit together given that the reservations are within 5 minutes of each other.

Does anyone have any experience of this or any insight as to what would happen? Is it worth me calling up Guest Services to see if anything can be done? Obviously I’d love to free up the 4 seats for other guests ASAP.

Any advice would be appreciated – thanks!

I don't think it'll be a problem. BOG books far below capacity for dinner.

Sept 8 is a MNSSHP night so considering how expensive party tickets are, most would not recommend spending valuable party time at a table service dinner since there are so many party exclusive activities to enjoy. You must have party tickets to dine at BOG at 9 PM so if your group doesn't mind missing the party fun, it shouldn't be too hard to combine the 2 reservations. BOG books to the kitchen capacity during dinner so it doesn't utilize all the tables in the dining room so you will probably be accommodated.
