Chances of doing both FEA and Soarin' after dinner before park close (without FP)?

We will be having dinner in Epcot on two different evenings on our upcoming trip (Thursday and Saturday). I have read where the chances of riding FEA and Soarin' without FP and without extremely long standby waits are pretty good if you get in line close to park closing. I'm just wondering what the chances are of doing both of these in the same night or if I should expect to do one per night?

1. I have read where the chances of riding FEA and Soarin' without FP and without extremely long standby waits are pretty good if you get in line close to park closing.
2. I'm just wondering what the chances are of doing both of these in the same night or if I should expect to do one per night?

1. Yes, one or the other.
2. Unlikely both (at the very end of the evening.)

However, Soarin' should not be nearly as difficult to ride as FEA.

2 weeks ago we got in a 90 minute line at 8:30. We rode a few minutes after 9. I don't see how you could do both in the same night.

I would check the MDE app during the day after you've used your first 3 FP+. I actually snagged Soarin' FP+ one evening when DH and I went to EP for dinner. No guarantee, of course, but always a possibility!

I think it depends what time your dinner will be done at... If you have, say, 1.5 hours, I could see you potentially being able to do Soarin and then Frozen (since Soarin would probably have a shorter line).

So if you were going to attempt this with Frozen, say try to get in line around 8:50 pm for a 9 pm close?

I appreciate all the replies! I think we will plan on doing one attraction per night instead of trying to fit both in on the same night. Both nights our dinner ADRs are around 6:45pm so anticipating we will finish around 8pm. I don't want any stress so only doing one of those attractions after dinner sounds more reasonable. :)

What is your question?. This is an incomplete thought.
If you are asking what happens if you get in line at 8:50 PM what happens - you should be allowed to ride, even if it is after close at 9. How long that will take varies. It could be short - 20 minutes, or it could be longer .
