Chances of AAA rate for POFQ opening up?

We're planning to stay at POFQ for 2 nights in April (4/21 and 4/22) before moving to BCV. The AAA rate is not currently available (all AAA discount rooms taken). The CM said sometimes they can become available if someone else cancels. What are my chances? We're deciding between this and another resort that currently has the AAA rate available...but we'd prefer to stay at POFQ. Thank you!!

Sometimes they open up. I don't see a problem with booking a hotel only now, and then checking before the cancel date to see if something opens up(5-6 days before and maybe once a week before then). Riverside was available if it's the location your looking for; if not, I know why you love the FQ...it has to be my favorite!
