chances of 4th FP at DHS late afternoon

My plan is to do Epcot on a Wednesday during our trip in March and then hop over to DHS to ride ToT and Rockin Roller Coaster. Is there any chance of getting a 4th FP that late in the day? I made FP for Epcot since we will need them for Soarin. We are planning on going for Rope drop but I don't want to chance not having FP for Epcot. THoughts?

I can pretty much guarantee that if you head to Soaring at rope drop (even 10 minutes after) that you will get on soaring right away or within 10 mins max. We do Soaring at Epcot on rope drop all the time and never have to wait much. The posted 30 min wait time you'll see is a standard starting wait time. A lot of times the end of the day is hard to get FP for ToT or RRC. Test Track at Epcot is the other popular FP ride but if you do soaring then Test Track you should be fine so you can do FP at HS. That's what I'd do. Good luck!
