Last minute trip just booked for 2 to DL. I have wanted to do Minnie's breakfast for a while now, of course there is no ADRs left.

What's the chance of a walk up? We'll be there 28Feb-2Mar.

Definitely try. We have gotten lucky in the past. The last walk up we did was Spring Break 2018. Unexpectedly but we were super happy. I'm surprised how quick it booked up. We have a reservation for the 2nd at 9. I wanted to change it to a bit earlier but it was booked up already far in advance.
