chance of free dining?

So, the 1st year of free dining, I went with my mom, it was her 1st trip,and we had a blast. Since it was just us 2, no kids, we really enjoyed the dining... went to restaurants that were more adult, and ordered whatever we liked, not having to worry about cost.
Now my mom calls me and tells me that she and my dad have gotten 2 free airline tickets, and want me to go with them this September. I have enough FF miles to get my airfare free also, so if we could get free dining it would be financially feasible to go. My dad has never been, and I would love to go with him. They won't go unless I do, and they won't go w/o free dining. So, what are the chances they will offer free dining again this year? And when does the offer usually come out? I am thinking last year it was offered in April, but am not sure!!! Thanks!

According to another thread I have been on ! Last year it was offered to Disney Visa Card Holders on April 9th and General Public April 12th! So keep looking only apprx a month away! Search free dining on the restaurant thread is where I think I got it if not there then on the DDP thread!
