Champagne Question

With the Escape package 2 bottles of champagne or sparkling cider are provided for the toast and cake cutting. I read that one bottle should serve 4-8 people. That's a big range. Does that mean it 1 bottle will serve 8 people with just a half glass or 4 if they want a full glass? I'm going to pay for a bottle of sparkling cider for the kids. There will be 16 adults. Do you think 2 bottles of champagne are enough or should I purchase an extra one. I just don't want people eating their cake with only a half glass IF they would like a little more. If we had any left over do they allow you to take it with you in the limo? I know this is a silly question but it's these little details that are stumping me lol.

Not a silly question, and yes, they're talking about 4 full glasses or 8 half glasses. You can take the leftovers with you. What if you purchased an extra bottle of cider for the adults instead—they may not all want Champagne, and then you'd save almost 40 bucks.
