Chairs at ADH

Has anyone not used chair covers at Atlantic Dance Hall? If so, can you post some pics or describe how it looked? Thanks!

My wedding isn't until next year and we are using ADH....but if you go here http://disneyweddings.disney.go.com/weddings/florida/vsi and search for ADH, there's a couple of pictures of the chairs they use in ADH without the covers. These are the chairs we will be using because we do not like chair covers/bows on the chairs and we don't want to pay for chiavari chairs. HTH!

Thanks for the information. I see like darkish brown wooden chairs are those the ones you are referring to? If so those aren't so bad at all!

My wedding isn't for two months. But we are having it at AHD, we are paying for them to bring in Square tables, but we are also requesting that they use the existing chairs from ADH (the wood ones). They are very nice. Just an idea for you.

Won't know exactly how they look for two months, but I know they showed us a picture from someone who had used the wood chairs.

So you requested wooden chairs that are different from the pictures above? They will give you an option. That's pretty nice! I was totally set on chair covers but now that we are about 2 months away too (Nov 22) i'm beginning to think they really are not necessary. Everyone's pictures i have seen without them look great. But thats good to know there are 2 no-cost options.

The wooden chairs are with the small existing tables on the outside (not the dance floor). Those tables & chairs are brought it from somewhere else.

Oh that makes sense now. Therefore if your tables are on the dance floor (bringing in rounds) then the only option are the non wooden chairs. If you are using the small tables around the outside then you can have the wooden chairs. You can't have the wooden chairs on the dance floor correct?

I am having them move the wood chairs to the dance floor. I am assuming it's always an option they have, but you never know!

But yes I am just brining in tables, and moving the wood chairs from the outer rim onto the dance floor. We won't have enough people to be sitting out there anyway.

So unless something has changed, it should be an option. There might be a small move fee, because it is work for them. I can't quite remember and I don't have my budget on this computer.
