chair and table rental fee

in the disney wish book the site says that the epscot standard setup does not apply to living seas and outdoor epcot events

i am so confussed does it still mean the table and chairs are included just not the setup or do we have to pay to rent the table and chairs

At the living seas the tables and chairs are included I believe. They have different chairs and table sizes than the regular banquet ones.

For DP's I think there is a setup fee but not an actual rental fee for the chairs and tables unless you upgrade your chairs from the plastic ones to banquet ones.
