I went to their site and order a pair of clearance earrings and then ordered the free gifts and it says $0.0 for each item and no shipping, total 0. But I'm afraid to press order with my CC # that they will charge me full price for all the items. The earrings atleast should have been 3.99.

If I take out all the free gifts my earrings return to 3.99. Anyone else have this happen. Anyone able to order all three gifts?

they're not letting you put in more than one free gift, I think. I placed two orders over the weekend and was able to get three free gifts with only one item purchased, but when I tried this morning to get some more free gifts, it didn't work. It let me put in the first free gift, no problem. As soon as I entered the next two free gifts, it gave me an error message. When I removed the second and third free gifts, everything returned to normal. I think there has been so much demand for these free gifts, that they are only allowing one per order now.

tHE SAME THING KEEPS HAPPENING TO ME. I AM ONLY PUTTING IN ONE GIFT CODE. I have tried several different items and tried changing the gift... I finally just gave up.

cheapmom ~ is your browser set to accept cookies? The first time I tried to place an order, I had to change the setting to accept cookies. I wonder if that's why it isn't working for you?

Yes- I accept cookies- I got an email from Chadwicks telling a bunch of stuff to troubleshoot. It still isn't working. Also I login and it works- it shows 'You are logged in as _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _. But when I go to check out I get an error message "custome info unavailable- try again later." So I logout and in again- same problem. Then I created a new account and tried it with the new account. Same problem.
I may just try to call and order by phone. maybe they will give me a free gift since I am having technical difficulties.

I am assuming they are re-working their site after all our orders this past weekend. As I mentioned in the long thread-the codes are not working and it appears the site(s) is not working at all right now.
