Chadwick's 2/26-now 4 free gifts & 30% off!-UPDATED

They attempted to deliver our items yesterday, but we weren't home. I guess we'll get it today. Changed the delivery address to BF's work. Now I'm worried about all the problems people are having. I'm going to go check my CC.
 
OK, I ordered last Thursday and only got one free gift, so shouldn't be a problem right? I'm checking my order status and it STILL says in process. For those of you who received your orders, how long did it take before your status said shipped?
 
So I checked my CC this afternoon and it hasn't been charged yet. Do they wait to charge you until you receive the delivery? We got the delivery today-I don't have it yet, it's still at my BF's work with him- so I wondered if maybe that's why my CC hadn't been charged yet.
 
I finally got all of my stuff today. The first order I placed had only the free 3 piece luggage set and a bag that I wanted. The bag was out of stock and cancelled but they sent the free stuff anyway. And on the second order I got all the freebies except for the phone because I did not know about the phone when I placed my order. And also on the second order I had ordered a pair of boots but they also got cancelled but I still got all the free stuff.
 

What was the date of your orders? I received one order in 6 days the other 2 I ordered on 2/27 and 2/28 - nothing yet. :sad2:
 
I placed two orders one on the 27 and one on the 28...both of mine were cancelled. You might want to call

Southern4sure, did the order status on the website say cancelled or did you call and find that out?
 
MIne kept saying "in process"...and it seemed everyone else was getting their orders from this time frame so I called...was told my was cancelled but they have to finish the order through the system....my cc was never charged. A few days later...I checked and no orders showed up on their website. Hope you have better luck than I did.

Yep, just called and my order was cancelled. CS said you are only allowed one offer per order so they cancelled the whole order. It would have been nice to receive an e-mail or something stating that. :confused3
 
I placed my order on March 2nd. I received it yesterday (Friday March 11). I did order 2 pair of shoes (totaling $22.00) which I received. I used the 30% off discount code and received the 3 piece tote bag set and the back pack Free. Please note the backpack is very small. My 10 year old daughter - who is large for her age - she wears girls size 16 - says she could use it as a purse, but could not do too much else with it. Would be good size for about a 7 or 8 year old.

The other tote bag set is nice and it will be used on our next WDW trip in August. :wizard:
 
We'll be leaving for our trip to Charleston tomorrow, and we'll be using the luggage roller, the travel set of bags, and the backpack for small items. We'll let you know how well it all holds up :)
 
I placed two orders on the 27th of Feb and on the order status page it kept saying "in process". Finally tired of waiting, I e-mailed them 2 days ago and was told that my orders were cancelled because you can only order one free gift, not two. My CC was never charged. I just wish they would have had the decency to inform me that it was being cancelled. How rude to just leave me hanging with an "in process" message.
 
I have a dilemma and maybe you can help. I ordered 3 items from Chadwicks and got multiple free gifts with the order. I received everything, but the top is too big.

Here is the question: If I call to exchange it do you think they will then charge me for the free gifts I wasn't supposed to get? Or will a request for an exchange not make them look at what freebies I got? I just don't want to shoot myself in the foot, but I do have a top that is too big. HELP! Was anyone with multiple freebies able to do an exchange without affecting the freebies?

I had the same issue with the tank tops I ordered. I just threw them in the dryer on high and they fit fine now :) Doesn't say much for Chadwick's quality, but it worked and I didn't have to call and 'give myself up' for getting too many free gifts :)
