CG Lounge and fireworks viewing?

I know if you eat an early dinner at CG, you can bring your receipt back that night for watching the fireworks from their viewing area. Does this hold true if you don't use an ADR and eat in the lounge?

And is it worth it for the sushi? Or would I do just as well and get out cheaper with Kona and a walk to the TTC for fireworks watching?

I'm pretty sure it does hold true.

But good luck in even getting in the lounge w/o a reservation!! Early you might do it but anywhere near fireworks time it will be a tough go.

Sounds as tho all you want to do is see fireworks--so I see no need to wrestle with the CG. Go to Kona and walk outside after dinner.

I know it gets busy, but I figured we probably wouldn't have any issue from 5-5:30. If we go, we'd probably just do an order of sushi and maybe a flatbread, so I don't really want to tie myself down to an ADR. Just trying to decide if it's worth it...and fireworks view with music piped in makes it sound more worth it.

You can most likely get in at 5 or 5:30.

But not eating a full meal, you might be done in an hour--giving you several more hours (depending on the fireworks time) to kill before going back to CG.

And you'll be outside on the deck anyway--not actually in the restaurant watching the fireworks.
