CG Bar seating

I recall several years ago CG not letting patrons go up to just use the bar whether for cocktails or dining.

Is this still enforced?

DH is in Orlando for business this weekend, and he was thinking on his free night of circling the monorail resort and dining at CG at the sushi bar. He already looked for a dining reservation, no dice at this late date.
