Certificate for Sea Raycers

I was wondering if someone could create a certificate for 1/2 hour rental for the Sea Raycer/water mice at Disney. Last year my son was just shy of the 5 foot requirement and he was so sad and disappointed. So I thought I'd suprise my boys with certificates for them for Valentine's Day.
Any creative ideas welcomed!
