Certain flights on travelocity cant be e-tickets??

was going to make a reservation on travelocity and now they say it cant be with e-tickets. They have to charge either 20 or 25 to fed x the tickets to me.

why is this??

it is united one way and frontier the other.

I thought everyone was e-tickets?? Now i have to pay more to get the flights??

Don't even bring up the name travelocity. DH and myself took turns for 3 hours on Tues pm trying to book AIRTRAN tickets on the phone because the website was having issues. They tried to raise the price during that time and finally we were told they cannot book AIRTRAN because they are self ticketing!!! PLEASE somebody tell me why they offer that airline on their site. Will NEVER ever use them again and have made it our personal mission to tell everyone we know. Have always used EXPEDIA or booked through SW directly.
