As Gracie09 mentioned, CP affects people in a wide variety of ways.
My youngest DD has severe CP (spastic quad, mixed type with dystonia to be specific). She is not able to walk or stand by herself and in a single day, her muscle tone can be as loose as a rag doll or she can be as stiff as a Barbie doll.
Despite that, she has been on everything at WDW except Space Mountain, Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, Rock N Roller Coaster and Expedition Everest.
If we could figure out how to get her on those and hold onto an excited young woman with legs and arms flying all over for the whole ride, we would try those too.
Someone with milder CP might find there is nothing thy need to avoid. Someone else might be able to do less than my daughter, but there is still lots to see and do. Some attractions even have ride cars that are wheelchair accessible.
