Central Florida Retirement area

I am looking to purchase a lot in a community in the Central Florida area. I would like to buy the land now and build in about 20 years. Anyone have any idea as to where to find land in that area?

Winter Haven and Lake Wales have nice communities and lots of retirees.

Both towns have many lakes and there is still decent land for sale.

Lake Wales has that "small town" feel more than Winter Haven does. Winter Haven is more of a "city" but certainly not as big as Lakeland.


Also, Clermont is a nice area, but is rapidly growing. In 20 years, it may be part of the expanding greater Orlando area.
