I am considering renting a vacation home and it looks like the main avenue of transportation will be Central Florida Parkway between Orange Blossom Trail (441) and I4. This is not an area that I've travelled very often and I wondered how the traffice was, if there are any grocery stores or restaurants available and any general info about route. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Central Florida Parkway can be crowded at certain times of year and I am guessing the traffic is going to increase this summer when they open the new Marriot/Ritz Carlton comples. To get to I-4 you will be going right by Sea World. Upside is that there are not a lot of traffic lights along the way. Depending on where your rental is you can either go to the grocery store on OBT (there is an Albertson's a few blocks south of Central Florida Parkway) or you can go to the Publix on Central Florida Parkway that would be on the way to I-4.
