Cell phone plans...

My Verizon plan was just changed and the first bill should be generated in a couple of days. The rate is about $41 per cell phone per month for unlimited everything. Any phone purchase monthly cost has to be added to that figure.

1 AT&T prepaid plan, $44.05.

The ex threatened to make me take over the bill for the kids until I said, sure, I can go to text only again. We didn't have more than text only until divorce which she had to run out and get a full plan at $210 then expect me to pay for it. Coming home to find out she purchased two $500 and $700 phones instead of paying the house payment is one of the reasons I'm not married any more. As I have only 1 phone, I can pay for it. 3 phones, I can't pay for it any more.

I have Sprint, 3 phones with unlimited everything. $250 a month. I feel like that's crazy. What does everyone use?
We too are sprint and grandfathered in with unlimited. When we went to go get our new sim cards they talked me into changing over gave me real unlimited and Netflix for free. And we are saving $60

They bugged me and bugged me to go get sim cards for tmobile... lol

AT&T ... 2 lines for $130, unlimited elite (no throttling).

When the iPhone 12 came out last year, they gave us $800 in credits each to trade in an iPhone X and a Samsung S9. Like previous trade-ins, the credits are appear in like 24-30 installments so you have to stay with them to make it work. But I've had AT&T for years and don't really want to switch.

Tmobile.... 5 lines and two tablet lines 153.00 with military discount with unlimited everything. Plus we have the 2 screens at a time netflix for free. All our phones and tablets are paid for.

I'm going to look into Visible, which is what Yahoo! Mobile now is...and it runs on the Verizon network since Yahoo! Owns Verizon...

Simple mobile (runs on the T Mobile network) - $50/month for 2 (fully paid for) phones - really less because we buy prepaid cards from Target and they typically run them on a BoGo deal (usually brings it down to around $40/month). Technically an unlimited plan, but really 3gb each at high speed, then the speed drops down - not really an issue for us - we never even come close to using that much data.

US Cellular. 4 phones & an iPad. Paying a monthly fee on 3 phones and the iPad. Unlimited everything. $289/mo

My 23 year old son has Visible and likes it. Says it was one of the smartest decisions he's made. :goodvibes

Yeah, I've looked into it further and it looks really good. It looks like each individual signs up and then can refer a friend and get a credit. Plus, for labor day, it's $15 a month for 2 months for unlimited talk, text and data!

Yup! I'm likely looking at the $35/month unless I can get two more people to join the party plan...
There is no longer a maximum number of subscribers in a party group. I joined one of the huge reddit parties. No reason for anyone paying more then 25 per month.

edited to add a link to the party group I'm in. It's not my group. I don't get any direct or indirect compensation. There are over 2,000 members. I doubt it will ever go below 4.

Google will help you if you want to find other parties.

For the benefit of people reading this thread. Pre-paid plans like Visible and Cricket quote a bottom line price. $25 per month means you pay $25 a month with no extra fees or taxes.
