I read somewhere that there are some located around the parks. If true are they for charging any phone type and where are they usually located? Also, does the park offer free wi-fi?

There is no wifi in the parks, but there is in the Disney hotels. I've never seen cell charging stations at DL.

I have heard of people bringing there chargers in and asking the CMs in certain location to plug it in for them. Not that they have chargers.

Mousewait (an app) has a listing of outlets around Disneyland that people access for charging their gadgets. Maybe that is what you're thinking of.

Thank you, I looked in Mousewait and found it there, It says Ipod chargers though. I am taking in so much info for my trip and trying to keep track of everything I'm finding.

When I went in March 2010 I had no trouble finding places to charge my phone. I found an online list and used outlets around the park. When I went back in December 2010, I was charging with some other people I didn't know at the corner near where the corn dog stand was temporarily, and a CM came and said to go to the photo pass office place and I could do it there, but not to use the outlets around the park. But I went to the office place and they said no one was allowed to charge in the park anymore; they had to go to the hotels and only if they were guests. So I went to the firehouse and charged there :) No one could see me very well behind the fire engine ;)

Mousewait does indeed say that, but from all feedback and personal experience I have seen or had from that list is that it is not really accurate in terms of "ipod chargers." It seems to be more a list of just places that you can plug in, if you have your own charger for your iphone.

Try not to overload on information... it's very easy to do. :goodvibes

We have found an outlet to charge at the Golden Horseshoe Saloon while we were watching Billy Hill. Just to the left of the doorway as you are walking in. We actually used it to charge an ECV, but I'm sure you could charge a phone too.
